A REST API on ASP.NET Core that aggregates telemetry from MySQL and SQL Server, exposes analytics to a merchant portal and mobile app, and routes in-app questions into CRM via automated case creation.

A listener-based ingestion pipeline that picks up files, runs validation and splitting through Hangfire background jobs, masks card and account-style data, and delivers transformed output to the accounting server on schedule.
